- Prepare 1 of midsized white Onion.
- Prepare 1 of midsized Potato.
- You need 500 g of green Asparagus.
- Prepare 50 g of Butter.
- It's 700 ml of Vegetable Stock.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need to taste of Pepper.
- You need to taste of Nutmeg.
- Prepare 200 ml of double Cream.
- Prepare 50 g of Cheese.

- Dicing & Peeling both of Onion and the Potato..
- Chop all the asparagus as well..
- Melt some butter in medium deep pan adding the onion. As soon as the onion soften, add the potato & asparagus and cook them little further more. Pour the vegetable stock into the pan, stir well and with the lid on, cook them until the vegetables are nice ‘n soft.
