  7. You need 1 tbsp of Coriander powder.
  8. It's 3 of Garlic flakes.

Bikna Masala (Jackfruit seeds) step by step

  1. In a pressure cooker add some water and the jackfruit seeds with a pinch of salt. Wait for 1 whistle and switch off the gas. Unskin the jackfruit seed, chop it fine and keep it aside..
  2. In a kadai pour some oil and wait for it to heat up..
  3. Add Cumin seeds and curry leaves and wait once its starts to splutter..
  4. Add Onion and garlic finely chopped and saute till light brown..
  5. Now add the turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Coriander power and salt. Mix well..
  6. Last add the jackfruit seeds that was finely chopped and mix till the masala is coated. In a slow flame cook the dish for another 10 mins. Add 1/2 cup water as you wish..
  7. Once the seed is well cooked switch off the flame and garnish it with Coriander leaves..
