  1. You need 300 gm of Raw Jackfruit pieces.
  2. It's 1 of medium sized Potato.
  3. It's 1 of medium sized Sweet Potato.
  4. It's 2 of Green Chillies chopped.
  5. Prepare 1/3 of rd teaspoon Turmeric powder.
  6. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Coriander powder.
  7. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of roasted Jeera powder.
  8. It's 1/4 tsp of Chat masala.
  9. You need 1/4 tsp of Kasuri Methi.
  10. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Chilli flakes.
  11. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  12. You need as needed of Vegetable oil to deep fry the cutlets.

Jackfruit Cutlet step by step

  1. Peel, cut in small pieces,clean and take jackfruit pieces in a pressure cooker..
  2. Pressure cook them with little water until cooked completely..
  3. Drain and mince them in a mincer..
  4. Boil and mash potato and sweet potato..
  5. Add minced boil jackfruit to the mashed potatoes..
  6. Mix them well..
  7. Add salt, turmeric powder,chopped green chillies, coriander powder, roasted jeera powder, kasoori methi, chat masala and chilli flakes..
  8. Mix them well so that spices incorporate well to the mixture..
  9. Make 2 inch diameter patties out of the maixture..
  10. Deep fry them in hot oil in batches until golden brown..
  11. Transfer the cutlets to kitchen towel to remove excess oil..
  12. Serve them as snack or as side dish..
