Trust me… no butter pancakes are seriously so good you won't even notice. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, egg and oil. In a small bowl, beat oil or butter, water and egg.

  1. Separate egg white and egg yolk into different bowls.
  2. Add sugar and milk to the egg yolk and mix.
  3. Add the flour and baking soda to the egg white.
  4. Then pour the egg yolk mixture into the other bowl and mix.
  5. Add a tiny bit of vegetable oil to the pan and heat it up.
  6. Pour as much batter as you want onto the pan and flip once the sides turn Golden brown, make sure you flip it on time before the pancakes burn.
  7. Then drizzle some honey on top of your beautiful pancakes and enjoy.
  8. I decided to sprinkle some sugar cubes on mine as well.
