- You need 100 gms of Chingri or shrimps.
- It's 2-3 of green chillies chopped.
- Prepare 1 of medium onion chopped fine.
- Prepare 1 clove of garlic chopped fine.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 3-4 Tbsp of mustard oil.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.

- Wash the Kathal bichi few times. Clean and devein the shrimps, wash and smear with turmeric, red chilli powder and salt. Set it aside. Chop the onions, garlic and green chillies.
- Boil the Kathal bichi in pressure cooker in two whistles and drain and set aside. Put in a blender and blend coarsely. In a wok heat mustard oil and add green chillies, onion and garlic and add the shrimps. Fry for 2-3 mins..
