  3. Grind smoothly ripe jackfruit, Jaggery, coconut, salt and rice without adding water. (if required add less than 1/2 cup of water).
  4. Transfer the batter into a vessel..
  5. Heat tava..
  6. Pour ladleful of batter and spread thinly..
  7. Cover and cook for 2 minutes in medium flame..
  8. Open the lid, sprinkle coconut oil, flip and cook for a minute, remove and serve in hot with honey or Jaggery syrup..
